Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the InPass platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InPass platform ("Service"), operated by PurpleMESH Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using InPass on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InPass is a B2B insurance pass delivery platform that enables insurance carriers to deliver branded digital wallet passes to their policyholders via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The Service includes:

  • Pass generation, delivery, and real-time update infrastructure
  • REST API for integration with policy administration systems
  • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • Implementation support and sandbox environment

3. Carrier Obligations

As a carrier using InPass, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate policy data through the InPass API
  • Obtain all necessary consents from policyholders to deliver wallet passes and notifications on your behalf
  • Comply with all applicable insurance regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not use InPass to deliver false, misleading, or fraudulent policy information
  • Maintain the security of your API credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected breach

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use InPass to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
  • Resell or sublicense InPass without prior written consent from PurpleMESH Solutions

5. Intellectual Property

InPass, including all software, designs, APIs, documentation, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of PurpleMESH Solutions. Your carrier branding and policy data remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you provide to the platform.

You grant PurpleMESH Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to use your branding assets solely for the purpose of generating and delivering wallet passes on your behalf.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the InPass platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including Apple PassKit infrastructure or Google Wallet APIs.

7. Fees and Payment

Pricing is agreed upon in your individual service agreement with PurpleMESH Solutions. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the platform after 14 days' notice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the business relationship, including but not limited to pricing, technical architecture, and business plans. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurpleMESH Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InPass. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that poses a legal or reputational risk to PurpleMESH Solutions. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of InPass after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
